¡ñ This machine can fulfill the processes such as paperboard printing (1~5 colors), creasing, edge trimming, slotting, corner cutting, hole punching and die cutting etc in one cycle automatically.¡£
¡ñ The auxiliary paper feed with vacuum suction push-plate is adopted and the main motor¡¯s electromagnetic speed regulation is employed.
¡ñ The main motor adopts conversion control and is stable in run.
¡ñ On the master control panel of the paperboard feeding part there is equipped with a 5.7 inches LCD touchable screen. (Omron£¬made in Japan).
¡ñ PLC and touchable screen control are applied in productive output counting, velocity, intermittent feeding, anilox roller and the up-to-down movement of the rubber roller.
¡ñ If paperboard-lacking is found in the automatic return-to-zero or productive process of every unit, this machine has the functions of automatic stopping and trouble alarm.
¡ñ The slotting system employs high precision screw bar and knife disc position is arranged accurately and reliably.
¡ñ The rubber cushion recovery system and differential compensation device are employed for die cutting rubber roller.
¡ñ Zeroing device is installed for every unit.
¡ñ The pneumatic lock is actuated in case the electrical control equipment of every unit released.
¡ñ The transmission gears accurately ground is lubricated with splashing oiling systems in their running to gain the high performance, low noise and long service life.
